Groundskeeper/General Labor

This position is available to start immediately.  The position involves:

• Grounds cleanup: pickup of trash and other debris from multiple shopping center sites.
• Light landscaping: pulling or spraying of weeds and other unwanted plants.  Occasional trimming of trees or shrubs.
• Snow removal: clearing walkways of snow and ice from residential and office properties.
• Common area cleaning: periodic cleaning of common hallways in residential properties.
• Other duties as assigned

Position may also include assisting in small jobsite construction and cleanup:

• Assisting with moving materials and general construction.
• General cleanup of construction debris from jobsite.

Job Requirements

A successful candidate will possess

• A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must possess reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures and spend majority of time out doors in the elements.

Candidates must be 18 years or older.
